Aquanostra was born in 2013 as a bivalve breeding research project. After achieving success in breeding Ostrea edulis, the project evolved into a comercial oyster company, controlling the production cycle from hatchery, nursery and grow-out to depuration and distribution.
Nowadays, using innovative and sustainable production systems, Aquanostra produces Crassostrea gigas and Ostrea edulis, aiming for high quality and efficiency.
