I am the owner and manager of an oyster farm located in Cap Ferret – Mimbeau Beach, and I am looking for a multiskilled oyster farm worker and a multiskilled production manager to join our team.
Located in the heart of the Arcachon Bay, our work follows the rhythm of the tides, the seasons, oyster production, oyster tasting activities and teamwork.

We are looking for a reliable and motivated person, woman or man, who enjoys working outdoors and would like to become part of a passionate and authentic profession.

Adaptability and versatility are essential in oyster farming: tides, weather conditions, seasonal variations and busy periods require a flexible organisation. Work may occasionally include weekends, Sundays and public holidays, in accordance with French working time regulations.

🚜🚤 Work on oyster beds using tractors and oyster boats (barges).
⚓ Affiliation to ENIM (French maritime social security system).

📍 Cap Ferret – Mimbeau Beach, France

📄 Permanent contract (CDI) – annualised working hours depending on the farm’s activity.
Fixed-term contract (CDD) possible depending on your availability.
